3. Shipping Methods

Depending on the product characteristics, order quantity, destination country, and delivery requirements, the following shipping methods may be used:

  • Sea freight, including LCL and FCL shipments

4. Delivery Timeframes

Shipping and delivery timelines may vary depending on the product type, order quantity, production schedule, shipping method, and destination country.

Estimated timelines may include:

  • Standard in-stock products: approximately 3 to 10 business days for processing and shipment after payment confirmation
  • Custom-made or made-to-order products: approximately 10 to 45 business days for production or preparation, depending on the order requirements

All timelines are estimates only and may change due to:

  • Production workload
  • Logistics conditions
  • Customs procedures
  • Carrier delays
  • Force majeure events or circumstances beyond our reasonable control

5. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs:

  • are not included in the product price unless otherwise specified
  • are calculated individually for each order

Costs may include:

6. Customs Duties and Taxes

For international shipments:

✔ all import duties, VAT, customs fees, and other charges are borne by the Buyer

The Seller may provide necessary documents for customs clearance but is not responsible for:

  • customs delays
  • customs clearance rejection
  • additional expenses imposed by authorities

7. Buyer Responsibilities

The Buyer is responsible for:

  • providing accurate delivery information
  • ensuring availability to receive the goods
  • complying with the laws and regulations of their country

If incorrect information is provided, all related costs shall be borne by the Buyer.

8. Transfer of Risk

The risk of loss or damage to the goods passes to the Buyer:

✔ once the goods are handed over to the first carrier

unless otherwise agreed in the contract.

9. Goods Inspection Upon Receipt

Upon receiving the goods, the Buyer must:

  • check the integrity of the packaging
  • verify the number of packages
  • document any damage (photo/video evidence)

In case of damage:

  • make a note in the transport documents
  • notify the Seller within 24 hours

10. Delivery Delays

The Seller is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • actions of logistics carriers
  • customs procedures
  • force majeure events
