Shipping Policy

7. Buyer's Responsibilities

If incorrect data is provided, all related expenses are borne by the Buyer.

8. Transfer of Risk

The risk of loss or damage to the goods passes to the Buyer:

✔ from the moment the goods are transferred to the first carrier

unless otherwise stipulated by the contract.

9. Acceptance of Goods

Upon receipt of goods, the Buyer is obliged to:

  • check the integrity of the packaging
  • check the number of packages
  • document any damage (photos/videos)

In case of damage, it is necessary to:

  • make a note in the shipping documents
  • notify the Seller within 24 hours

10. Delivery Delays

The Seller is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • actions of carriers
  • customs procedures
  • force majeure circumstances
