Refund and Return Policy

1. General Provisions

This Refund and Return Policy (hereinafter – "the Policy") governs the procedure for returning goods and funds purchased through the website of the company:

(hereinafter – "the Seller")

The Policy is developed in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation, including the Law of the Russian Federation "On Protection of Consumer Rights".

2. Return of Goods of Proper Quality (without explanation)

The Buyer has the right to refuse goods purchased remotely within:

✔ 7 (seven) calendar days from the moment of receiving the goods

subject to the following conditions:

  • the goods have not been used
  • their marketable condition, packaging, and completeness are preserved
  • there are no signs of installation, operation, or damage

  • there is a document confirming the purchase

3. Exceptions to the Right of Return (important for industrial products)

The right to return goods of proper quality does not apply to:

  • goods made to individual order
  • products manufactured according to the Buyer's technical specifications, drawings, or requirements
  • goods with individual characteristics not intended for resale

4. Goods of Improper Quality

In case of discovering defects in the goods, the Buyer has the right to demand:

  • elimination of defects (repair)
  • replacement of the goods with a similar one
  • a proportional reduction in price
  • refund of funds

The Buyer is obliged to notify the Seller of the identified defects within a reasonable time.

5. Return Procedure

To arrange a return, the Buyer needs to:

  2. Specify:

  • order number
  • reason for return

  • photos/videos (if defects are present)

After agreement, the Seller provides instructions for the return.

6. Refund of Funds

Refunds are made:

✔ by the same payment method used for the purchase

Refund period:

✔ up to 10 business days from the moment of return approval

The actual term depends on the bank or payment system.

7. Return Costs

  • when returning goods of proper quality — the costs are borne by the Buyer
  • when returning goods of improper quality — the costs are borne by the Seller

8. Specifics of Industrial Products

The Buyer is responsible for:

  • the correctness of technical requirements
  • the compliance of the selected goods with the operating conditions

The Seller is not responsible for the non-compliance of the goods with expectations if the goods are manufactured in accordance with the provided parameters.
