2. Warranty Period

The warranty period for products is:

whichever comes first.

3. Scope of Warranty

The warranty covers:

  • manufacturing defects

If a defect is confirmed, the Seller has the right to:

4. Warranty Conditions

The warranty is valid provided the following conditions are met:

  • compliance with technical parameters
  • no interference with the design

5. Warranty Limitations

The warranty does not cover cases of:

  • improper installation or operation
  • use outside stated conditions
  • exposure to aggressive environments not agreed with the Seller
  • normal wear and tear
  • mechanical damage
  • self-repair or modification
  • transportation damage (if not recorded upon acceptance)

6. Features of Custom Products

For custom-made products:

  • the warranty only covers compliance with agreed parameters
  • the Seller is not responsible for errors in the Buyer's technical specifications

7. Warranty Claim Procedure

To submit a warranty claim, the Buyer must:

  1. Contact the Seller by email

  2. Provide:

  • description of the problem
  • photos/videos
  • order details

A decision is made after analyzing the provided information.

8. Warranty Costs

  • if a defect is confirmed — costs are borne by the Seller
  • in other cases — costs are borne by the Buyer

9. Limitation of Liability

The Seller is not liable for:

  • indirect losses
  • lost profits
  • equipment downtime

10. Final Provisions

The Seller reserves the right to:

  • change warranty terms
  • make decisions on each case individually
