MACXI Wear-Resistant Magnetic Gear Pump with Standard Induction Motor and Frequency Converter — MGR6.0S88

The MGR series pump is designed for handling liquids containing abrasive particles. It features a 316L housing with a DLC coating, tungsten carbide gears, and a high-strength PEEK bushing. The magnetic drive ensures a hermetically sealed, leak-free design and stable flow.

It is particularly suitable for pigment inks, paints, and liquids with non-magnetic nanometer-sized solid particles. It is used in printing equipment, ink dispensing systems, the chemical industry, and production lines.

The standard design utilizes wear-resistant materials; FKM, PFA, EPDM, and FFKM seal options are available. The housing can also be customized for specific operating environments.
