Wear-resistant magnetic gear pump MACXI with explosion-proof asynchronous motor — MGR6.0S88
The MGR series pump is designed for handling liquids containing abrasive particles. The 316L housing features a DLC coating, utilizing tungsten carbide gears and a high-strength PEEK bushing. The magnetic drive ensures a hermetically sealed, leak-free design and stable flow.
It is particularly suitable for pigment inks, paints, and liquids with non-magnetic nanometer-sized solid particles. Used in printing equipment, ink dispensing systems, the chemical industry, and production lines.
The standard design uses wear-resistant materials; FKM, PFA, EPDM, and FFKM seal options are available. The housing can also be customized for the operating environment.
