Wear-resistant magnetic gear pump MACXI with standard asynchronous motor with frequency converter — MGR3.2S88

The MGR series pump is designed to handle fluids containing abrasive particles. The 316L housing features a DLC coating, and the pump uses tungsten carbide gears and a high-strength PEEK bushing. The magnetic drive ensures a leak-free, hermetically sealed design and stable flow.

It is particularly suitable for pigment inks, paints, and fluids with non-magnetic nanometer-sized solid particles. It is used in printing equipment, paint dispensing systems, the chemical industry, and process lines.

The standard design uses wear-resistant materials; FKM, PFA, EPDM, and FFKM seal options are available. The housing can also be adapted to the operating environment.
