MACXI Wear-Resistant Magnetic Gear Pump with Servo Motor — MGR3.2S88
The MGR series pump is designed to handle fluids containing abrasive particles. The 316L housing features a DLC coating, incorporating tungsten carbide gears and a high-strength PEEK bushing. The magnetic drive ensures a hermetic, leak-free design and stable delivery.
It is particularly suitable for pigment inks, paints, and liquids with non-magnetic nanometer-sized solid particles. Used in printing equipment, ink dosing systems, the chemical industry, and production lines.
The standard design utilizes wear-resistant materials; FKM, PFA, EPDM, and FFKM seal options are available. The housing can also be customized to suit the operating environment.
