Wear-resistant MACXI magnetic gear pump with servo motor — MGR1.8S72
The MGR series pump is designed to handle fluids containing abrasive particles. The 316L housing features a DLC coating, and the unit utilizes tungsten carbide gears and a high-strength PEEK bushing. The magnetic drive ensures a hermetically sealed, leak-free design and stable flow.
It is particularly suitable for pigment inks, paints, and fluids with non-magnetic nanometer-sized solid particles. It is used in printing equipment, ink dispensing systems, the chemical industry, and processing lines.
The standard design uses wear-resistant materials; FKM, PFA, EPDM, and FFKM seal options are available. The housing can also be adapted to the operating environment.
