MACXI Wear-Resistant Magnetic Gear Pump with Explosion-Proof VFD Asynchronous Motor — MGR1.8S72

The MGR series pump is designed for handling liquids containing abrasive particles. The 316L housing features a DLC coating, and it utilizes tungsten carbide gears and a high-strength PEEK bushing. The magnetic drive ensures a hermetic, leak-free design and stable flow.

It is especially suitable for pigment inks, paints, and liquids with non-magnetic nanometer-sized solid particles. It is used in printing equipment, paint dosing systems, the chemical industry, and production lines.

The standard design uses wear-resistant materials; FKM, PFA, EPDM, and FFKM seal options are available. The housing can also be customized for the operating environment.
